Terms of service Agreement.

These terms of agreement explains our commitment and responsibility to you, (Our “Customer”, “Client”, “ Consumer”, “You”) Moisty Services LLC (“Moisty Services”, “Contractor”, “Us”, “We,” “Our”) and the Clients responsibility to us in connection to the service(s) that was requested (booked) and purchased. By using our service you have agreed to the full terms of this agreement, with no further changes by you or the client(s). By booking and using the services of Moisty Services you hereby agree to the following terms: 


Cancellation Policy


Moisty Services requires a 24 hour notice from the start of the booking time to cancel any reservation or service. All appointments must be canceled online on our booking website. 


  • Failure to provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 20% of the service requested. Same day appointments that are canceled will result in a minimum charge of 20%of the service requested.

  • Moisty Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in a way that agrees with our staff levels, weather conditions, equipment failure, and family emergencies. 

  • Moisty Services reserves the right to take full payment if cancelation for a booking occurs on the same day with no notice or prior agreement.

  • Failure to be present at the time and location with said vehicle and keys of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged. 


Detail Time Limit


  • All services have specified time limits, as a whole we want to make sure the client is as satisfied as can be, a perfect job takes diligence and patience among our staff. Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything. See below for time limits for each service excluding add ons. Add ons will be an extension to the base time for a service. To make sure we are being as efficient and prompt we are always watching the time keeping track. Time starts as soon as the attendant has completed the check in process with the client and initial equipment setup based on the service.


  • Bronze Package 30 minutes - 1.5 hours

  • Silver Package 1.5 hours - 2.5 hours

  • Gold Package 2.5 hours - 3.5 hours

  • Platinum Package 3.5 hours - 4.5 hours

  • Diamond Package 4.5 hours +


Our service times are all estimates, each vehicle is different in its own way and may require more or less time to fulfill the service type. We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting online bookings. Unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy. 


Operating/Moving Serviced Vehicle & Personal Belongings


Moisty Services will have access to the vehicle during the service and any additional times that are agreed upon between the client and attendant. In order to provide the best services for all our clients we may have to move the vehicle to better our work space. Please make sure that the keys to the vehicle are left with an attendant or are left in the vehicle. We will take care of the rest. This agreement ensures that you authorize us to operate and move your vehicle, when needed to do so by our Moisty Services attendant. 


Clients should remove all personal belongings, money and any other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of service. Moisty Services will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced. Failure to remove personal belongings before the service will result in us temporarily removing said items and placing them in large paper bags. Clients must assure that their vehicle is being serviced in a lawful manner. 


All vehicles are serviced at the clients own risk and must hold out against our normal cleaning processes.


Access to Water & Electricity For Mobile Detailing


We are a mobile detail service so we will carry our own water and power at all times. If a client is willing to give access to their water and electricity we will automatically take 15% off the service no matter the cost. 


Pricing


Moisty Services prices are based on the service requested, location of the service, the make of the vehicle, and the condition that the vehicle is in. Prices will be advertised at a STARTING price.


The price for our services is the agreed dollar amount by the client and attendant, indicated as “Total Cost” on the final price. The term of service pertains to the duration allocated by us to fulfill the requested "job," with no specific outcome guaranteed.


Moisty Services reserves the right to change any pricing while the service is being completed if deemed necessary. Moisty Services reserves the right to charge each vehicle based on its condition, the make of the vehicle and the clients location.


Moisty Services reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $70 for work that is deemed excessive and is not within the boundaries of the service. This fee is typically applied to vehicles that exceed the allocated time limit. We will notify you of the potential fee either before or during our work process.


A 20% surcharge will be added to services that involve dangerous goods, substances that are a risk to health, safety, property or the environment (Urine, feces, vomit, blood, excessive pet hair, paint, gas, etc.)


For time & gas reasons a mobile detail (we come to you) will add on a $10 fee at the end of the service. If location is over 20 miles away from home base a $20 fee will be added at the end of service. 


Removing seats and cleaning seat rails will not be a regular service offered. If said service is needed it must be arranged ahead of time so a full day can be set aside to maximize the service. Level of Service


As our clients Moisty Services wants you to be well pleased with our service, we aim to impress. Although no service offers guarantees to completely restore your vehicle to any previous or new condition, we will undoubtedly try our very best to do our job to the best condition possible all within our limitations of our assets, time, and proficiency. 


At the end of each service we will carry out a final inspection with the client. Once our service is complete the client will have 24 hours to contact us if they are not satisfied with the service. We will address the concern and try our best to fix any mistakes necessary. After 24 hours of job completion Moisty Services will not be held accountable for any concerns, or if a final inspection with an attendant was not completed thoroughly.


If clients are not satisfied with said service a redo appointment can be booked in order finish the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service. Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refunds to 25% of the value of your service.


Termination of Service


Moisty Services has the right to cancel any new or existing service bookings with clients if we have experienced that the client is no longer the right fit for our services at the discretion of Moisty Services LLC. Service termination may occur for various reasons, including but not limited to: engaging directly with Moisty Services employees without following the proper channels, displaying rudeness or hostility towards Moisty Services personnel, or any other reason deemed sufficient for service termination at our discretion.




Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage


Moisty Services and its attendants will not be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while it is in our possession. We are very cautious and aware of what we are doing during our services, no accidents have ever been recorded. We are professionals and are skilled at what we do. As part of our procedure we take before and after pictures, we will have documented images of when the vehicle was handed off to us. The proof will be there if necessary. If an incident were to occur while the vehicle is in our possession, we will advise you about the incident immediately and we will have a written incident report ready for you. By agreeing to our services the client agrees to not hold Moisty Services LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to the vehicle. Moisty Services limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each service. Moisty services does not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Clients must inspect their vehicles to assure that all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off prior to the service.

Moisty Services also reserves the rights to take videos and pictures of the clients vehicle for marketing purposes, as well as to post on our websites and social media accounts. No personal information or items will be shown in the photos. 


Moisty Services Changes


Moisty Services retains the right to alter this statement at any time. Any revisions to this Service Contract will be documented in this section, and Moisty Services does not undertake an obligation to update the materials.
